The Famnest platform (the “Platform”) is operated and provided by Stair Path AB (org.nr: 559393-4887), a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden, with its registered office at Trappstigen 21, 13337 Saltsjöbaden.
By creating an account, signing up, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stair Path AB.

Famnest is not a medical, legal, or professional service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or legal counsel.
All content is user-generated and provided for organizational purposes only.
Do not rely on Famnest for medical or emergency decisions — always consult qualified professionals.
You use the Platform at your own risk and remain solely responsible for all decisions made based on content stored or shared through Famnest.

You must not reverse-engineer, resell, or copy the Platform, upload malicious content, use it for unlawful or harmful purposes, or share another person’s sensitive data without consent.
You can share content such as messages, medical records, calendar events, contact information, and notes with other approved users.
Only users you explicitly authorize can view shared content, and you can revoke or change access at any time from your account settings.
Parents or legal guardians must provide verified consent before storing or processing a child’s data.
Famnest never collects information directly from children without guardian involvement.
Guardians can review or delete their child’s data at any time.
You can use an AI Assistant within the app to ask questions and get support.
This feature runs through a secure third-party AI engine that generates responses in real time.
The information you share is processed temporarily to create helpful answers, but it is never stored, shared, or used to train external systems.
All processing fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring your privacy and data remain protected.
This AI Assistant is designed to support your experience within Famnest and cannot provide medical, legal, or emergency advice.
Some features of the Platform may be free or paid.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.
You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting hello@getfamnest.com.
Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer protection laws, such as the 14-day withdrawal right under EU law.
By purchasing digital content or a subscription, you consent to immediate access and waive the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and AI assistance.
All providers comply with GDPR and our strict security standards.
No provider is allowed to use, train on, or commercialize your data in any way.
We apply industry-standard security practices, including end-to-end encryption, secure EU-based servers, and strict internal access controls.
In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified in accordance with applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or when required by law.
Data may be retained for up to six months after termination for account recovery purposes, after which it is deleted unless legally required otherwise.
When downloading the Platform from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Stair Path AB, not Apple or Google.
Apple and Google are not responsible for the Platform or its content.
Stair Path AB is solely responsible for addressing any claims, liabilities, or legal issues related to the Platform.
You must comply with Apple’s and Google’s respective terms of service and confirm that you are not located in a restricted country or on any prohibited list.
We may disclose user information if required by law, court order, or lawful request from authorities.
You will be notified unless prohibited by law.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Stair Path AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Consumer protections may provide additional rights depending on your country.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
You will be notified of any significant updates.
Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, except where mandatory consumer protections of your home country apply.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
